Return policy

  • For sanitary reasons, Pillows and Cushions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Initial defective items can be exchangeable. To be eligible for exchange, please contact our customer support or store at 833-207-5050.

Mattress 60- Days Trial

  • It can take some time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. We offer a 60 nights trial period for you to find your ideal setting and be well on your way to better sleep. After sleeping on your new mattress for a full 60 nights, and you are not completely satisfied, contact us before the end of the 60-night trial period to arrange for the return of your Nishikawa Air mattress. The trial period starts from the date of delivery.

  • Restocking fees ($250) apply to any eligible return.  Eligible returns must be authorized first.  No unauthorized returns are allowed.  

Warranty

      Mattress

  • This limited warranty applies 3 years from the original date of purchase, or until transfer to another consumer (whichever is shorter), for Nishikawa mattresses sold new in the USA by Nishikawa or a Nishikawa-authorized retailer. 

This limited Mattress Warranty applies to the following Defects:

  • Deterioration causing a visible indentation greater than 3.15 inch, that is not associated with an indentation, or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation. 
  • Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
This limited Mattress Warranty does not cover the following:
  • A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material, which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Mattress.
  • Comfort preference.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
  • Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or retail space – Excluding Trade Customers.
  • Any mattress (whether manufactured by Nishikawa or not) sold by unauthorized resellers.
  • Mattresses sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not “new” or of “first quality” or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

Pillows and Cushions

  • This limited warranty applies 1 year from the original date of purchase or until transfer to another consumer (whichever is shorter), for Nishikawa pillows and cushions sold new in the USA by Nishikawa or a Nishikawa-authorized retailer. 

This limited Pillow & CushionWarranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear.
  • Comfort preference.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains, provided that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
  • Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or retail space.
  • Any Pillow & Cushion (whether manufactured by Nishikawa or not) sold by unauthorized resellers.
