Shipping Policy

We ship within the Continental United States addresses only. If you'd like to arrange delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please reach out to our customer support team.

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping & Handling Fee

We provide convenient flat shipping and free shipping for destinations outside of Hawaii and Alaska, as outlined below:
  • Mattresses (Twin size, Full size, Queen size), Cushions, Pillows: Free shipping
  • Mattresses (King size): $160 

(For Hawaii and Alaska)

We offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, except for specific products and regions. If you're interested in having items shipped to these locations, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO

We cannot deliver to a PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office).
